History

1981 - American Licensing (AL) was formed emphasizing on state and federal operating authorities and tariff filings.

1982 - The company expanded into interstate vehicle title and licensing services for tour and charter bus companies.

1983 - American Licensing entered into the transportation software field, offering existing clients custom software for mini-computers.

1986 - After three years of development, American Licensing released the PC format at a fraction of the cost of the mini-computer version.

1989 - American Licensing was renamed the American Trans-Data Corp. with a focus on a long-term commitment to provide computer software and related services to the transportation industry.

1998 - ATDC released the Charter Bus Management software called AL Charter Y2K.

2000 - Introduction of AL Charter SQL Server Version. Enterprise Charter Reservation and dispatching system.

2001 - Introduction of AL Tour Reservation System. Large Scale per capita Tour Reservation and POS System.

2002 - Release of VMCS Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance System.

2004 - Release of Airport Shuttle POS System.

2005 - Release of thin Client HTTP Remote POS System.

2006 - Release of Hosted Charter System.
